1985 WAS A LONG TIME AGO! TIME FOR A REUNION!!

The possible dates for the reunion that we are thinking of is June 12th weekend, or the July 10th weekend, which we could see the Fireworks on the Thames River. We would appreciate any input you would like to offer us on these dates.
We would also like this reunion to be a casual, laid back FUN-filled weekend.

Softball Games (Bring your Gloves) and Volleyball !!
Things we need:
Tent : Incase of that bad New England weather. Someone to help find prices and so forth....
Food ideas: someone to take control of a menu... finding the prices, finding people to bring dishes, etc...
We are looking to have it at the bottom of Tech Hill where the softball field is, we are tring to get all the required paperwork in line.
We need beverages - Kegs or booze and I guess soda
I hear that Angel and Gromko can dance, therefore I have a DJ that is willing to play for us, but I need to schedule him (6-7 Months) in advance. He can play anything but I feel his 80's selection will be fitting.
We need a few more people to help! The out-of-towners need to be kept in the loop!! This means if you know someone that lives far away from home, please let us know, so that we can let them know... Thank you!!
